How will you make an impact in this role: American Express Analyst Jobs 2024?
- Manage new commercial client and card member applications.
- Handle email or inbound & outbound calls.
- Complete account setup and maintenance.
- Make decisions based on approved guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- AXP Control, Fraud, Risk, AML, and Compliance:
- Handle incoming corporate applications with due diligence, considering suitability for control, fraud, risk, AML, and proper adherence.
- Investigate any discrepancies or incomplete acceptances related to internal business stakeholders.
- Manage the “End to End” journey for commercial setup and card members.
- In a fast-paced, constructive service center environment, provide exceptional customer care by efficiently navigating multitasks and multiple screens using system capabilities.
- Document necessary account information and deliver solutions that benefit both customers and our business.
